Watch Hiroshima

Reenactments of the bombing and actual footage of its destruction draw viewers in as witnesses to this single pivotal event that changed the course of World War II and world history. Accounts of the attack are through the words of both Japanese and American survivors that include the bombing crew. The show's historical footage paints a vivid and sweeping overview of the devastating consequences of the attack and Hiroshima's post-bomb landscape of death and rubble.
Although perhaps containing some graphic or disturbing scenes, the story of Hiroshima makes no political statements nor does it question military decisions. It is a fair and well balanced presentation of a defining turning point in world history.
